A routine residential service call:

- Visual inspection on door sections, hardware, track, and operator.
- Release operator from the door and manually move door by hand for further inspection.
- Reconnect operator and cycle operator at least once to verify the complete system is functioning properly.
- Tighten any loose hardware, oil the rollers, hinges, and operator rail as needed.
- Explain to the customer any defects found and or any recommendations for future issues.
- Collect $75 Service Fee
Commercial Service
A routine commercial service call:
Commercial Service calls are the same with the exception of the fee is $100 unless a man lift is used and it is $140.00 per hour! All service fees are for a 1-hour minimum charge. We have an in-house 30-day warranty on any service call for the labor. We have an in-house 1-year warranty on anything we sell and install. We do offer a free estimate, but if we work on anything while there, it becomes a service call and is charged appropriately.
